(一). Cameo ARTInc U.S.A鑑定考試等同承認具有技術型製作手工香皂之學歷。

(二). 此鑑定有助增進手工皂製作者，結合實務技能與專業知識相互應用，同時因應化妝品衛生安全管理法之修訂，期望培育具有獨立設計、研發及製作的手工皂專業人員，使其厚實更專業技術，提升就(創)業競爭力，未來亦可加入化妝品基礎產業，持續延續創新、研發與設計的使命。

(1). The CAMEO ART Inc. U.S.A. certification exam is equivalent to recognizing a technical degree in handmade soap production.

(2). This certification aims to improve soap makers by combining practical skills and professional knowledge, especially with the revision of the Cosmetic Hygiene Safety Management Act. It hopes to cultivate professionals in handmade soap with independent design, research and development, and production capabilities, thereby enhancing their professional technical skills and competitive advantage in starting or running a business. It also aims for them to join the cosmetic base industry, continuing the mission of innovation, research and development, and design.

依 Cameo發布鑑定考資格與應考資格，包括已取得「中華民國護照」、「臺灣地區居留證」及「臺灣地區入出境許可證」（照片上方分別列印「臺灣地區長期居留證及多次入出境證」及「臺灣地區依親居留證及逐次加簽入出境證」）者，且符合第一項至第三項者均可報考。

(一). 持有中華民國國民身分證、護照或我國政府核發之有效居留證明文件者。

(二). 年滿 18 歲（民國 95 年 9 月 1 日「含 9 月 1 日」前出生）。

(三). 華僑或外國人未領有中華民國國民身分證，應繳交何種身分證明文件？ 

 （1）華僑 : 華僑無中華民國國民身分證者，依華僑身分證明條例規定，應繳外 交部或僑居地之駐外館處加簽僑居身分之有效中華民國護照（須含 國籍、姓名、出生年月日、護照號碼）影本，或附僑務委員會核發 之華僑身分證明書（須有姓名及僑證字號者）影本。 

（2）外國人士報考，請繳交護照影本，網路報名時請於「身分證字號」 欄內登打護照號碼，如欲以中文姓名報名者，須再檢附有效期限內 之在臺居留證影本。

According to the qualifications and eligibility for examination issued by Cameo, those who have obtained a "Republic of China passport", "Taiwan Area Residence Permit", and "Taiwan Area Entry and Exit Permit" (with the photos on top respectively labeled "Taiwan Area Long-Term Residence Permit and Multiple Entry and Exit Permit" and "Taiwan Area Dependent Residence Permit and Sequentially Endorsed Entry and Exit Permit") and meet the criteria from the first to the third items are all eligible to apply for the examination.

(1). Those who hold a Republic of China (ROC) national ID card, passport, or a valid residency document issued by government of the ROC.

(2). Must be at least 18 years old (Born on or before September 1, 2006, including September 1).

(3). What kind of identification documents should overseas Chinese or foreigners who do not possess a ROC national ID card submit?

(3.1). Overseas Chinese: Overseas Chinese without a Republic of China (ROC) national ID card, in accordance with the regulations of the Overseas Chinese Identity Certification, should submit a photocopy of a valid ROC passport (which must include nationality, name, date of birth, and passport number) endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the embassy/consulate in the place of residence indicating their overseas Chinese status, or a photocopy of the Overseas Chinese Identity Certificate issued by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (which must include the name and certificate number).

 (3.2). Foreign nations applying for the exam should submit a photocopy of their passport. When registering online, please enter the passport number in the "ID number" field. If registering with a Chinese name, a photocopy of a valid Taiwan residence permit must also be attached.

7. Regulations and Registration Form: Accessing Guidelines

The pertinent regulations are available on the website and published by the responsible department. To access the registration information file download service, navigate to the "Handmade Soap Appraisal Related Information Webpage" menu option on the website. Here, you can find the regulations, score review application form, and more. Please note that registrations failing to adhere to the regulations or lacking the required document uploads will be disqualified.

複查筆試成績者應於 2024 年 9 月 30日（星期五）前發送電子郵件申請查詢（以電子郵件發件時間為主）請填妥試成績複查申請表，向本單位提出申請。逾時或申請內容不全者皆不予受理，不得以電話查詢或要求影印、攝影、抄錄及親自查閱。

(一). 應考人所填報名表或繳驗證件倘有不實情事，雖經考試及格，仍不發給通過證書或及格證明書；其已發給之通過證書或及格證明書應予撤銷，並移送相關機關處理。

(二). 如遇颱風或不可抗力之災害發生，報名時間或考試日程必須改期時，除在大眾傳播媒體發布外，於辦理單位官網公告。

(三). 參與鑑定考生依規定應攜帶國民身分證（或護照、臺灣地區居留證或入出境許可證報名者，應攜帶該證件）、准考證應試。

(四). 報名表所填英文姓名係製作英文通過證書之依據，務請以印刷體大寫謹慎填妥，不得空白。建議填寫與護照相同之姓名，並黏貼個人護照影本於報名表上，英文姓名與護照不同時，採用護照姓名；未黏貼護照影本者，以報名表英文姓名製作證書，日後不得以任何理由申請換發，申請補發通過證書仍以原通過證書所列英文姓名為準。

(五). 如遇疫情，應考人應配合相關防疫措施，如經勸導仍不配合者，以違反試場規則認定。

(六). 鑑定考試時須依據本單位規定，不得使用下工具：

• 筆試時不得攜帶手機，並且手機需關機。
• 術科考試中不得交談、討論。
• 術科考試中不得互借相關器具。

(七). 退款政策：

 天然災害除外，報名後，因個人因素未能參與考試，考生將可順延至下一期考試。（考生提出繳費名證明即可）。若因特殊因素申請退費，本單位將扣除行政作業費US$50，退款時間依據本單位辦理時間為準。

 IMPORTANT NOTES 

(1). If the information provided on the application form or the documents submitted by the candidate are found to be false, even if the candidate passes the examination, no certificate of passing or proof of qualification will be issued. Any certificates or proofs of qualification that have already been issued will be revoked and the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities for further action.

(2). In the event of a typhoon or force majeure disaster, if the registration period or examination date must be rescheduled, an announcement will be made through mass media outlets as well as on the official website of the organizing unit.

(3). Candidates participating in the assessment must bring their National ID card (or passport, Taiwan Area Residence Permit, or Entry and Exit Permit if registered with such documents) and the admission ticket to take the exam in accordance with the regulations.

(4). The English name filled out on the registration form is the basis for creating the English certificate of passing. Please fill it out carefully in block letters without leaving it blank. It is recommended to use the name that matches the passport, and attach a photocopy of the personal passport to the registration form. If the English name is different from the passport, the name on the passport will be used; if a photocopy of the passport is not attached, the certificate will be produced with the English name on the registration form. No requests for reissuance or replacement will be accepted later for any reason, and any requests for reissuance of the passing certificate will still be based on the English name listed on the original certificate.

(5). In the event of an epidemic, candidates must comply with relevant epidemic prevention measures. Those who do not comply even after being advised will be deemed to have violated examination hall regulations.

(6). During the assessment examination, the following tools are not allowed according to the regulations of this unit:

•  (6.1). Mobile phones are not allowed during the written exam, and they must be turned off.
•  (6.2). Talking or discussing is not allowed during the practical exam.
•  (6.3). Borrowing related equipment from each other is not allowed during the practical exam.

(7). Refund Policy: 

Except for natural disasters, if a candidate cannot participate in the exam due to personal reasons after registration, the candidate can defer to the next examination period (proof of payment must be provided by the candidate). If a refund is requested due to special circumstances, an administrative fee of US$50 will be deducted by this unit. The timing of the refund will be based on the processing time of this unit.
